The British government is ready to advance with using the total value of frozen Russian assets to support Ukraine's war effort, PM Sir Keir Starmer has stated.

In a shared declaration, the officials of the UK, the French Republic, and the Federal Republic of Germany asserted that this coordinated action would heighten pressure on Moscow's head Vladimir Putin and persuade the Russian Federation to participate in talks.
